Got my first house with his help, with family helping...Long story, Don't trust him. Went through 2 refi's, 1st he messed up so bad he offered me FREE 2nd...which I NEVER heard back from. I Went to a better BUSINESS and got more than Bob EVER thought I would. Go elsewhere. His loyalty was with his previous CLIENTS, NOT me!
