Meyers construction did a phenomenal job on my roof replacement. I had 6 roof bids. I used chat gpt to slice out details and Meyers came out as a top bid (although a tiny bit pricey). They were on top because of their warranties, detailed scope of work, labor details, cost of additional materials and no hidden charges. Before, during and after, Rory the owner, kept in regular contact at all hours with detailed pictures and videos showing the work in progress. They were done in 2 days. Rory and his team were top notch from the start. We've watched many roofing contractors do work in south city. Their jobs would stretch on and on and inconvenience the neighborhood. Rory's crew was all business. Very professional, thorough and overall excellent.
After installing a solar array system on our commercial flat roof of a building we built years ago and operate our family business from, we began having a myriad of problems in the form of more water intrusions that we could count. Meyers Construction did a fantastic job installing our new TPO roof and gutters! Rory was very transparent about his schedule and once the work started, it only took two days. Very professional, and great communication throughout. I'd recommend Meyers for anyone with flat roof needs!
Great experience! We got lots of updates throughout the process, it was all very easy. We had to wait a little bit because of the weather, but they got our house done in 2 days once they started. Definitely recommend if you have a flat roof on your house.
