Excellent Customer Service Excellent customer service with patient explanations of the work that needed to be done! Car has been running great since our visit. I also appreciated and liked the detailed invoice outlining all the completed work. And I felt like I was treated well by all I encountered there. Everyone was very friendly, kind, patient and nice!
Great mechanics, great service Scott Meyers and his crew are a great bunch of mechanics and they work hard. There is a credit program available. The office staff is polite and friendly, and the repair work is warranteed.
Ripped off by Myers Auto Tech I stopped going to this company a few years ago because they were taking advantage of my wife and her lack of knowledge on cars. They were systematically raising her charges each new visit, charging outragous repair fees for very simple repairs. I have now after a few years returned for some truck work. My truck ran just fine when the temp was above 30 degrees. The block heater was not working and the truck would not start in the cold snap in November 2010. Dependable Service, Great Customer Service Meyer's Auto Tech has only gotten better with their new building near Canal & Quinalt in Kennewick. The facilities are beautiful and state-of-the-art. The service writer's are friendly and knowledgable, the mechanics are proficient in their trade, the facilities are spotless.
