UPDATE 4/28/26: Out of the blue, John called to inform me he had found nearly identical auto coverage for me, for $1200/year less than what I was paying! I didn't even ask him to look! He / this agency is incredibly proactive. Many thanks for a fantastic experience! John was great - answered all my questions, offered to go above and beyond (suggesting discounts and alternatives that hadn't occurred to me), and finally getting me the policy I needed quickly.
John was absolutely excellent. He went above and beyond, even working after hours on Good Friday (4/3), to help my daughter and her husband secure a new car insurance policy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of their questions, and was incredibly kind and patient throughout the process. His dedication and willingness to help outside of normal business hours truly meant a lot. John is the best — we’re so grateful for his outstanding service.
