I called Meyers Aero Clean. at 9:52 Saturday morning to find someone to clean my carpet in my house. When he answered his phone he was so rude cold to me. I asked him if he was cleaning carpets today. (being the day after Thanksgiving, I thought there was a good chance that he wasn't) He said NO. I then asked if he did warm water extraction or the chemical type clean. (I wanted the warm water extraction). He repeated with one word that I didn't know what it was.
