I had a fantastic experience with Lam Vu, the manager at Classic Collision, and can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I walked in, the whole staff was incredibly professional, helpful, and honest. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They did a good job of moving fast and get my car fixed in two weeks. I also liked their text communication system which kept me up to date. The staff is really friendly too. Only issue I had was they left a large gouge in my passenger side window glass after the repair was done. I noticed this about 5 minutes after I picked the car up. Edit: they reached out to me and immediately fixed it free or charge and were super responsive/nice during the process. Saul took care of me, I’ll be back if I need any auto body work done.
Lam was amazing! He explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made the whole process stress-free. My car looks brand new, and the work was done quickly. Highly recommend asking for Lam!
