I called and the older receptionist lady hung up on me. She kept saying what do you need after telling her what I needed. Instead of saying “can you explain the case?” She hung up while I was still talking.

Contacted Law firm 1/25/21 to file Garnishment on Judgement from past renters. Paid $650 so far and as far as I know they have finally prepared the garnishment as of 5/25/22, but have not filed it. No replies back from my Lawyer to get confirmation if the garnishment was filed. In the mean time, it has now been over a year and 8 months and with my luck my enter may no longer be working at the same place.

Nice people, very nice office, polite employees, but attention to detail was lacking. We had several hiccups during our real estate purchase where we had to go behind employees to correct issues, or had to contact them multiple times to get our issues resolved. We did not feel like anyone took the time to understand our specific situation, and we were just put through a cookie-cutter process. The people there are nice, but they need to work on attention to detail and customer follow-up.
