I would give 0 stars, truckers be carefull to come this facility very tight place, this people not respect or care others look like some Spanish world in chicago Already 4 hrs waiting for unload

It’s tighter than virgin oil but you can fit. Follow the red line (w31st-S Central Park). Park where the yellow circle is and walk to the office where the green circle is (see map below). After checking in they’ll tell you what to do. I personally dropped my trailer and the yard dog took it from there. Although it was easy enough to back into a dock also (see picture below) PS be prepared to spend at least 4 hrs here and more if you have trucks in front of you.
