Rent a property from Meyer. Been there for 5 years easy work with and real nice guy
This guy is a rip-off artist of the purest kind. Protect yourself and you money. He takes deposits for a property then refuses to give it back after months of issues with getting the sale done. They even expected us to do repairs to a house that was not finalised as far as a mortgage was concerned. This was not a foreclosure. We were screwed around for almost 3 months before we backed out and he refuses to refund our deposit. He's a theif of the worse kind.
