Hate begging for life saving medication to get refilled. Every doctor ive dealt makes it damn near impossible to get a refil on time. Ive been seen for 6 months by the same doctor and so far, I might as well talk to a brick wall and get charged for a service. The system is such a joke with this hospital. I would never go to see a doctor if I wasn't forced to, to get my life saving medication refilled and this is how they structure it to make you pay to survive on their time.
Unfortunately 0 isn't an option... I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable, I got passed from doctor to doctor and my most recent visit had me leaving in tears. A "doctor" should never accuse a patient of "abusing" an RX, mind you.. this RX is 1ml, which I've been on for over ten years AND only use when needed, so I would only refill every other month. I saw Dr. Laurel Jennings, MD. She was not open to any ideas on a treatment plan. So much for the patient having say or control over their own medical care plan. She wanted to push treatment that I do not agree with. Not impressed.
My privacy was violated by a staff member when they asked me in public how a procedure went. They asked me in front of several people. I was asked to provide something for testing but was not given clear instructions. It turns out I did things incorrectly. I would rather be sick than get treated this way.
