On September 27,2017 I had a court date in the state of Michigan and Meyer's and Njus represented Target with a deliquent credit card accout. I initiated the court date to inform Target and Meyers and Njus that this was not my account but they refused to delete this account from my credit report and their files. I won my case and the judge ordered Meyers and NJus to vacate the judgement but after 6 weeks the judgement and the target card are still reporting on my trans union report negatively.
