Contacted this firm about a potential litigation about a rogue cop and mayor and civil rights violations against me and my family. Talked to Dan Kiss in the phone and he told me to send him our flash drive of police body camera footage. After 3 months of waiting for a DENIAL letter from this firm, they wasted my time and 3 months off my Statute of Limitations!!! I contacted this firm for a consultation regarding a potential case and left the conversation feeling dismissed and unheard. During the consultation, the attorney asked me to explain what happened. I gave a detailed account of the incident. At no point in my explanation did I say that the officer asked me to get out of my car. However, after hearing my story, the attorney responded by saying he would "bet" that the officer did ask me to get out and that I simply did not want to comply because of the officer's attitude.
