I broke down on the road and Jim bent over backwards to help me out and get me fixed up. The tech was the same. It can be hard to find great customer service like I had.

Had a Air issue with the brakes and or valve could not pinpoint the problem , drop the truck off at night with no appointment, thinking it would be a few days,call in the morning and talk to Jim in service and tell him I drop it off and he informed me that the truck was in the shop already and by noon I was on the road ! Jim knows truck's and very aware of down time . Simple put. He's amazing and very knowledgeable and his techs also .

We have used Meyer as our main mechanic for our fleet of 2 trucks for over a year now. After using two other diesel mechanics we were very pleased to have started using Meyer International. Even though we have a small fleet, they take care of us as if we were a large customer. Their repairs are extremely timely, affordable, and of high quality.
