After receiving a coupon in the mail for a free whitening I decided to give this doctor a try. Upon arriving I attempted to discuss insurance benefits, but was told that my insurance would cover everything. When leaving I was told that I had a $300 copay. I payed and left. Later I got a bill from the office saying I owed another $320 for a procedure my insurance in fact did not cover. I felt completely lied to and disrespected.
