Bought Rachel Ray cookware set. One of the pans was badly dented and company never responded to my warranty claim. Submitted warranty claim, sent multiple emails, and tried calling toll free number which was just an automated voice and never provided an option to speak with a human. Worst customer service ever experienced.
My friend bought us a Farberware percolator for Christmas. We have not had a decent cup of coffee since Christmas. So I decided this was it, 10/16/25 I went to Walmart and bought a $13. Mainstay drip coffee maker, Well finally a good cup of coffee, no coffee grounds, no sludge, just a great cup of coffee. Now what do I do with a $70. coffee pot that is useless????
