This was originally a complaint, but after working it out with Dr. Gentile I feel better. My issue was with how they minimized my conerns with jokes, headnodding, and seemingly rushed appointments, which they seem to have taken into account. As far as my issue with timeliness, it would be nice to have a system in place to warn people that there's going to be a long wait, but I understand that sometimes things take longer than expected.
TLDR: Doctor prescribed me a drug that had a dangerous interaction with a drug I am currently on, that the office knew about. When asked about it, doc essentially just said, yeah don't take it. AND I asked for my MRIs several times and was told every time that it would cost me $300 to receive my MRI. Wasn't until I submitted a complaint to some regulatory board did they realize it was illegal to charge that much for my own records.
