I have now been here for two operations. In both instances, they minimized my concerns, treated me like a child, replied with real concerns with handwavy jokes, and rushed every appointment I had with them. After I posted this review, they replied saying I wasn't recorded as a patient, which was a blatant lie. Went for wisdom tooth removal, Doctor Jay was excellent
This was the best dental experience of my entire life. I met with Dr. Bukzin for a consultation, with the procedure performed by Dr. Gentile, and they were both two of the most amazing medical professionals I have ever been able to interact with. This was originally a complaint, but after working it out with Dr. Gentile I feel better. My issue was with how they minimized my conerns with jokes, headnodding, and seemingly rushed appointments, which they seem to have taken into account. As far as my issue with timeliness, it would be nice to have a system in place to warn people that there's going to be a long wait, but I understand that sometimes things take longer than expected.
