When I experienced a PTSD episode last year being able to talk to Barbara and get her guidance saved my life. She is extremely insightful and caring. When I haven't had a session with her for a while she texts me to make sure I'm doing ok.
It took a lot for me to go to marriage counseling. I was nervous and apprehensive but knew I had to go to save my marriage. Therapist was a no show! Then finally replied via text message she was sorry she couldn't keep the appointment... She was celebrating her 44th anniversary with her husband on a boat trip.... Really?!?!?
