Our salesman went back on his word when he said he would notify us of any other potential buyers, so if needed, we could put a deposit down. As we were driving there to buy it, it was sold out from under us!
These guys didn’t treat my elderly sister fairly when performing work on her car. They were not very honest with her. Beware of their tactics.
I bought a truck here on January 25th and around 300 miles down the road on January 31st the check engine light came on for a misfire and timing advanced and with some inspection I found heavy metal deposits on the camshaft position sensor I will be taking the truck back to them today as I bought the warranty they sold me with the truck. Terrible Customer Service and Warranty Support First off I NEVER leave reviews but found this worth my time even if it’s to save someone else from dealing with what we are dealing with. If I could give zero stars I would. My mom purchased a car TODAY from this dealership with 21,000 miles, and it broke down TODAY on her way home with it.
