Big mistake buying a vehicle from these crooks. Imagine not having a spare tire and jack. Yep, wasn't one in the vehicle. I told my salesman that I wanted a jack and spare.and was told we would address it inside, but he is new and forgot about it and so did I. After getting home I realized what I forgot. Very unethical, tried to pull the bait and switch. Took a 3 hour round trip just to be lied too. Sales manager didn’t even have the integrity to explain himself because he knew what he did. Hid in his office and made the salesman try to cover for him.
We were here visiting family when our 2018 Cadillac check engine light came on, they diagnosed it as fuel injectors needed replacing, ok 👍 let’s do it we are 900 miles away from home and needed to get back to Louisiana, we approved the work, they needed to get parts so three days later $2300.00 they say sorry it didn’t fix your problem!
