The renovated showroom is absolutely gorgeous, and it's a pleasure working with the team to support my clients. Katie, the manager, is wonderful--supportive and collaborative--and Blake is my go-to for appliances. He's always prompt and incredibly helpful. My clients and I are consistently happy with our experience at Ferguson!
1 Star - Extremely Disappointed with Service and Accountability I ordered materials (25k value) for my home renovation beginning of January with a promised delivery date two days ago. The experience has been incredibly frustrating: 1. Wrong delivery address: Despite providing correct information, materials were delivered to the wrong location. The website still allows you to make an appointment and their phone line just rings and says that they have a higher than normal call volume so I showed up for my appointment and it is closed.
Ferguson's took over the Meyers Appliance location. They have a nice variety of appliances but sadly they don't do installation nor any remodeling the installation might need nor do they service them. Not exactly buyer friendly in my opinion.
