I came back , this time had a very good experience. Janette was very helpful in finding the tub I want and also told me lot other details . She also spent time looking for the right mirror for my project. Highly recommended to make appointment before heading over
Not happy with customer service and people working here . They came to ask others their names to help them but not me. Did not feel welcome

I am remodeling our bathrooms and have purchased almost all products from Ferguson. I worked with Katie and her team in the Mountain View showroom. Their product selection is huge, price very competitive, great service and super fast delivery. Highly recommend!
Recently stopped by to shop for appliances and bathroom fixtures, including a cooktop, wine fridge, and kitchen sink. Katie, the showroom manager, and her team were great to work with. Very knowledgeable, no pressure, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. The renovated showroom looks fantastic and is worth a visit on its own. Many of the older reviews don’t reflect what this place is like today.
