Such a lovely and very patient owner of the service place. Today he went above and beyond and fixed my Tyre! I could not recommend him enough!!
Everything was great except the wait time. Had my car booked in for 10am for a wof to be done while i waited. Expected to wait maybe 45mins. After 35 I walked past and my car still hadn't been taken in. At 1120am I went to go and check, my car was sitting there all done. No text received, so notnsure how long it had been ready. Disappointed with the time it took when it was clearly marked that I was waiting.
I would like to thank the team at Mexted Motors in Tawa for their great service. I took my ASX for a service and WOF today and they were fabulous to deal with. Reasonably priced, and good customer service (not pushy - didn’t try to upsell unnecessary filters/products to me like I’ve experienced from other dealerships in the past). I will happily use them every year for my car services now. Thank you!
