So I don’t have full coverage in the US, only liability for AZ, but I was really nervous about bringing my car down to Mexico because I hear cars are more likely to be stolen and such down there. I only paid like five bucks more and was able to get collision and theft coverage just for the weekend I was visiting. Mexpro was great at explaining it, what to look out for, and got me my policy in minutes. Definitely going back again, so for sure using this insurance plan for next time!
I am very disappointed in this company. My wife and I are considering buying another vehicle and I can not seem to get ahold of my agent that I bought from last time. I have supplied my name, email address and policy number, and as of today still no reply. I have dealt with many insurance companies of the years and this one has to be the worst.
