TERRIBLE customer service. My claim has not been settled and it has been over 3 months now. NO NOT BUY THEIR INSURANCE!! I have been working directly with management, driven from north county san diego down to mexico 3 times since only for them to put me off and not answer any of my questions or tell me exactly what I need to have this resolved. I purchased a policy with Mexpro for a car here in Mexico. I had an accident and the Chubb agent for Mexpro is refusing to pay the claim. Mexpro will not provide any support. It should be Mexpro's responsibility to see that the claim paid per their policy. Mexpro has chosen to do nothing. They have some good reviews but I would be very careful when you need their assistance as they will not help.
