Staff is fine as always, the physicians not at all. I refuse to see Dr Xxxxxxx as i already know him from private practice, Xxxxxxxx replaced Dr. Mank who was a fine physician. Now im temporarily stuck with the other new physician. Its clear imo both physicians failed in private practice, the VA must have low hiring standards and they most definitely have staffing issues. I have always gotten an appointment in a timely manner. The staff here is very personable and make me feel at ease.
