Monterray has been the place for years that we go to get the chicken soup. The service is friendly from all the staff. The place is kept clean, and there is a lot of seating. The food has come quickly and only occasionally taken longer. I love this place.
They have the best Rueben in town. Don't be fooled by the word "deli", it has the most amazing lasagna. Everything's homemade. They have really good and fast service. My kids were very comfortable. It's kids friendly. And you won't believe the desserts, I heard the chef is from Johnson and Wales University.
If you've never been to New York Deli, you must go! Their desserts are phenomenal, homemade, and all of their food is delicious. It's very casual, which is nice if you just want to walk in after shopping. New Yorkers also rave about how they can get the foods they like from New York, which they can't find anywhere else around Greensboro.
