My experience with Medicare was OUTSTANDING !!!! from the Pharmacy Tech...her name Lizzette to their driver his name Darrin....she made sure I was to get my meds with in days and to my surprise received them earlier than expected😁 And the driver called me 3 times was not going to leave till I received my meds in hand.....Thank for such great experience from you Mexucare Pharmacy....Great Job to the Manager✝
Waited two, nearly three weeks for any word of my prescription which I utilize to function on a daily basis, was given the run around only to be given the complete wrong prescription. Highly unprofessional, unreliable, nonchalant, lack of initiative, integrity, and consideration for patients.
I was very pleased by the customer service on the phone and in person. I believe I even met the manager and he helped me himself to get me started on my family's free delivery service. Switching over from CVS for over 15 years, so I hope this level of service continues ♡
