I hired this company to restore my Mexican tile floor. I was told the floor would be brought to a new look. The grout samples were supplied at the initial appointment. I chose a light beige. The job was scheduled and completed. The worker was not the same as the individual who sold the job. I arrived during the work and could see it was very sloppy, some tiles had paint on them, grout lines were uneven, some spots not even covered, the grout between the baseboard and the tile was still grey. Drive reckless and without regard for other on the road. Be mindful of integrity if they don't have it on the road probably not in their business. And instead of taking accountability would rather blame shift. What a shame.
Our 37 year old Mexican tile pool surround' looks better than new after Mexican Tile Specialists worked their magic. They replaced damaged tiles with cut to fit matching new ones. They cleaned all tiles and grout and then put on 3 coats of sealer. They removed all furniture.and then put it back in place. Professional, polite and very reasonable price for a picture perfect job. We are very happy.
What a great organization! Jon and his team are real professional. They were careful, detail oriented and did an amazing job for us. We purchased an older home about a year ago and we had to replace about 15 cracked tiles. We also wanted to put down new tile flooeinf in a garage area that had been converted into living space. They also cleaned all the rest of the tile floors in the house and sealed them.
