The first time we went there we faced a bit of judgement by staff but the vet we saw fixed all of that and it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a vet. That being said our most recent visit was probably one of the worst. We had to wait an extra hour, It was full of judgement, there was a lack of empathy, the vet that saw our pet almost drowned her then did nothing about it. And then gave her an antibiotic on top of another one and said “this is different than the other one we gave her so hopefully it’ll be ok”... read more
Brought in kitten with worms. Left with 5 prefilled syringes of wormer in a baggie. There were no caps on the syringes and they leaked. Wormer all over baggie, all over syringes. I took them back the next day and asked if this was normal. Receptionist said yes and that "she overfills them because they leak" Good Grief. Then she took baggie into back and taped them shut and rudely handed it back to me. Am I the only person who does not like reaching into a baggie slimed with cat wormer to pick up a slimy syringe?
Staff are always very helpful. Very good keeps of animal health
