This is one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and professional in everything they did. They replaced the wooden piling under our lake house with concrete piling. When they had everything replaced and leveled, they cleaned EVERYTHING UP! Couldn’t even tell they were here. They did everything they agreed to do and more. All their employees were respectful of our property and our wishes. Great company to deal with. Highly recommend them!
An UPDATE was necessary: My back rooms were bad, at first i was happy with the leveling... UPDATE: UNFORTUNATELY, after a couple of months my bedroom floor developed a huge hump, there's now a hill on my floor thats 14 feet by 8 feet. I know they get good reviews and im sure they do good work but something went just went wrong with my floor , I was told moister in the crawl space may have caused the floor to buckle up like that. They just completed a major foundation, floor repair for us. Job was started on the day it was supposed to, and we’re here everyday until it was done. They went above my expectations, we are customers for life.
Mexia Foundation did a great job leveling my house in Malone. They replaced some damaged beams and joists as well as making it nice and level. The crew arrived with all the proper tools to get the job done and they worked at a constant pace from beginning to end. They finished up and cleaned the site of all debris. I am very happy with the results and will recommend them to everyone.
