What a great experience with Laura & MexiQ . She catered a meal for the football team and everything was amazing. The pulled pork was the favorite not to mention the homemade tortilla chips and corn salsa. Everyone loved it.

I had Mexi-Q for our wedding and it was 10/10. Working with Laura was so easy and stress free before and during our wedding. We used Laura’s Mexi-Q catering for our wedding and it was a huge hit! We did the hibachi buffet and the food was SO good! Everyone made a point to tell us how good the food was and how cool it was to have that as an option, as they’d never seen it before. Whole process was super easy and staff was very professional. Highly recommend for all your catering needs :)

Laura catered the taco bar for my daughter’s birthday. Everyone raved about the food and repeatedly asked where it was from. For a reasonable fee she set everything up which made things way easier for me. The barbacoa was the star of the show, but the homemade chips, tortillas, guac, salsas and sauces were all delicious. She provided delicious food and made our party so much better. She also provided many gluten free options for our friend who needed it.
