Let me tell you . I tried this spot (old location) for the first time back in July and it’s been on my mind ever since !!!! . I was so exited to try it out again today and they satisfied my cravings ! Mezcalito is honestly one of the best Jamaican food I’ve ever had and can you believe it’s in DR !? The owner made sure we were good and asked for our feedback . It felt like I was back home . Would definitely recommend to try this place out ! And their DJ knows the track ! Thank you for the amazing experience .
I ordered the three taco special, which comes with edible rice and a sorry bunch of gross canned beans. The tacos I got were Birria, Chorizo, and Al Pastor. The Birria taco was ok, though 60 percent of the meat in it was just fat. The consome was actually incredible, and it’s a shame it came in such a small plastic cup, as I would have drank a whole bowl of it.
