Horrible customer service, if you find a low price on line they look for excuses not to give you the vehicle that was booked in advance.
Worst experience ever at CBX. Do yourself a favor and rent from a reputable agency. Avoid this car rental company at all costs.
This place is literally a nightmare
This is scam . They charged me $150 for cleaning. The car was clean and approved by inspector. I tried to reach out to the office , the phone is not answering and the voice message is full. It off site office , it cost me so much time to realize as their phone number is not answering and the voice message is full. They charged me double price for being late .
