Never got to see him. Waited 51 minutes in exam room and finally gave up. Very unprofessional
Dr. Meuser is the greatest. He takes time and explains everything to you. He has done several surgeries on me from removing a cyst to a bi-fem bypass. I would recommend him over ANYONE anywhere!!
I had a great experience with the staff. My issues began when Dr. Meuser came into the room. Actually didn't come into the room. With an appointment time of 4 I would assume I would be seen by 4:30.. 5:04 and still I have not seen the doctor. The wait time is obnoxious. Then with my surgery I was told my incision would be horizontal as so if I did scar it would blend. Well after my surgery, my bandages fell off 2 weeks later and low and behold my scar is vertical right down my face.
My experience is just fine - he was a good doctor. His billing system - ASP Physicians - has a glitch in it (so called by his staff) whereby their computer system doesn't send bills to certain people. They threaten to turn you in for not paying, yet no bill has been issued. I was assured they would flag my account and hand-send me a bill with this last transaction. No bill was received. I will not go to another doctor from this practice. This is our third round with this particular issue.
