Horrible. I was a patient from age 9 to about 15. There were some staff that were sweet and I enjoyed talking to but generally around Dr. Metzner and other staff, I felt really uncomfortable. My first time meeting him for a consultation regarding a twin-block retainer, he made a joke about having to break my jaw and put it into place if I didnt wear my retainer. Again, I was 9 years old. Dr.Metzner is worth the ferry ride. He is an expert in his field. He has been creating beautiful smiles on the west coast for the last 30+ yrs.
They are all great. Super professional and very kind.
