I truly don’t think I have ever been to a veterinary practice as caring, compassionate, and professional as this one. My puppy, Leia, was cared for here by Dr. Dorian and the wonderful staff, and I will forever be grateful for the love and kindness they showed her. They truly loved Leia and took such incredible care of her until her very last breath. After a long 4 months I want to say thank you to the staff at metzler and give praise to dr Dorian as my girl had to undergo two tplos and a Vulvoplasty with absolutely zero issues just a bunch of stress . They were affordable and always helpful with all the questions I had !
I made a difficult decision to leave the only Veterinarian that my dogs knew. I took a chance on Metzler Veterinary Services and it was the best decision I ever made. Dr Jodie Smith and her wonderful tech spent over an hour and a half going over each dog’s history and made a plan to consolidate and synch their care going forward. This plan will help lower overall cost and reduce unnecessary appointments that can be traumatizing to our pups. They even taught me how to clean my dog’s ears to avoid future infections.
