Two stars for good customer service. But I’ve had problems with the quality of the firewood sold here. Last season I got 3 cords and two of those were mostly junk. Just bought some for this season and am finding one in every 4 or 5 logs is waterlogged garbage. Pictured example was fed into an EnergyMax furnace which had been burning at full temp for several hours and this log killed the fire and sat there hissing and steaming.
