I called and told them the issue. They gave me a quote. They ordered the part. Dave showed up and was friendly. He tested the system. Made the repair and cleaned up after himself! Even taught me a couple of things. The quote was spot on. Saved me a lot of money from the other estimates because he was honest and not just looking to pull the wool over your eyes. Would give them 100 stars if Google would let me.
Small business focused on customer service! Although had the wait on the mfg to provide replacement part, Metzgers was out asap to asess the problem and then returned immediately same day the part arrived to fix the issue. They also provided a temporary fix so thet we could continue to use the dishwasher while waiting.
Do not recommend. Followed to bank because wanted 80 cash for 10 mins at my house just to diagnose our washer problem. Better have lots of cash on you, if you call him.
85 dollars to be at my house 10 minutes, tell me its junk and be ok with that? No,you completely took advantage of me,0 stars if I could
