They were able to fix our fridge the day after we called them. The service tech was knowledgeable and worked quickly to diagnose and fix the problem. We felt the pricing was very reasonable.

Timely and affordable!
We have used Metzger's a few times, both times being completely satisfactory. This recent time, I called regarding a concern with my dryer (an older model) not heating. John came the next day, with the part on hand, fixed it within 30 minutes and it was back in working condition! As a mom constantly doing laundry, I was extremely grateful and appreciated his prompt, reliable service! Would absolutely recommend Metzger's to anyone in need of appliance repair!
Very prompt and professional. Highly recommend. Had a part go out on our refrigerator and called them and left a message and they got right back with me and was able to come right away and check it out.
