I am so upset with VCA Metzgers Animal Hospital and how the front office staff conducts business. It is a 2hour drive in each direction to reach facility please keep in mind. When you call for an update on your pet no one answers the phone and tells you. You wait for when the vet decides to call you and pray you don’t miss the call for you play phone tag.
