They are very understanding n helpful. My cats were fixed there and everything was perfect.
Caring people took extra time to help my Dozer, personal were very professional and caring went above just handling 85 lb pit and explaining vist to me on timely appointment.
Dr. Metzen and his staff are kind and helpful. They always try to build rapport with our pup that is scared of the vet’s office. He also answers questions and is great with knowing our dog’s medical needs. Thanks for being great!
If I could give ZERO stars I would! This office has the absolute worst and rudest customer service I have ever experienced at a Veterinarian office! Taking my cat there to get a routine surgery to be spayed turned out to be a nightmare! The receptionist was condescending and acted like ‘their’ time was more important than anyone else’s! As the paying customer, I would expect to be treated with curiosity and kindness! Especially when dealing with my kitty! They will never see another penny of my hard earned money!
