If I could give ZERO stars I would! This office has the absolute worst and rudest customer service I have ever experienced at a Veterinarian office! Taking my cat there to get a routine surgery to be spayed turned out to be a nightmare! The receptionist was condescending and acted like ‘their’ time was more important than anyone else’s! As the paying customer, I would expect to be treated with curiosity and kindness! Especially when dealing with my kitty! They will never see another penny of my hard earned money!
