Aids that I purchased from Dianne Schindler, Never fit properly. I went to Tom Metz, didn't mention how to solve the problem. Without my permission he threw my unused batteries in the trash, and charged me an office call plus batteries.
Unlike amber.moffitt.5 we have had nothing but good with Tom. He repairs the faulty hearing aid while we wait. If it can not be repaired by him, he will send it off and push it so we can get it back ASAP. He has even made house calls to my father-in-law's apartment to get his hearing aid to work. Highly recommend Tom.
I never bother to write reviews about people or things, but our experience with Tom Metz was so horrible that I decided I needed to warn people. I usually get along well with any type of doctor I've used, but our whole experience with Tom Metz's office has been a nightmare.
