2 years ago I hurt my right knee. I was in so much pain I didn't know if I was ever going to be able to go back to work. The insurance company for my job was denying all my treatment. My friend told me about John Metz and I gave him a call. He seemed like a stand up guy. He was straight with me and told me it wasn't gonna be easy but he would take care of me. After two years and a surgery I'm back to work and getting back to my old self. He was right it wasn't easy but I'm satisfied with the result.
Charles Cleveland was highly recommended to me by an attorney that handles LA County Fire worker comp cases. Having to make a WC claim due to an injury and dealing with all that goes with it is no picnic . I am very fortunate that I found exceptional representation in Charles Cleveland. He was not always available to talk on the phone when I had a question. BUT..He was ALWAYS available by e-mail and would answer my question quickly. I posted this same review on Yelp then tried to post it on here too but had to set up an account. Really didn't want to do that but I did anyway, so here you go - haha.I know, nobody likes attorneys, right? Well, I saw Charles Cleveland and he was prompt, gave me his attention, explained my options very clearly (in perfect plain English), and after working for me for 3 months, didn't even charge me. My husband was in a car accident while he was working as a delivery driver. He was driving on sierra ave in Fontana and got rear ended by a truck. Cleveland & Metz handled his work injury case and the car accident case and went to court for our family. Mr. Metz got us a settlement for the car accident and mr. Cleveland got my husband a settlement for the work comp. it was a difficult time for us and they helped us through it. We were happy with the work they did for us.
Mr Cleveland did call my fiance and corrected his staff. He was very professional and I feel comfortable that my fiance will continue to receive the proper care that is expected. I am satisfied with the outcome and look forward to continuing our business relationship. Thank you Mr. Cleveland.
The staff here returns calls 3 to 5 days later and loses your paperwork. The staff is unprofessional. Especially Nuemy who is always sick and takes 5 days to return calls and takes long lunches. Amanda loses paperwork and blames staff for not delivering it and doesn't return your calls till 3 days later. Very dismissive staff. I do not recommend this law firm for your case! Very unfortunate. The staff makes the attorneys look bad and tell clients to go ahead and look for another attorney if you don't like how they manage you... read more
