What a strange, horrible doctor I have been wearing glasses since I was 2. Terrible Experience - Avoid This Practice I was referred to Dr. James Metz by Danielle from Optical Outfitters, and it was a huge mistake. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. She should not refer patients to him! Dr. Metz has some seriously odd and unprofessional practices. He told me I had to wait outside in my car until they called me in, which felt completely ridiculous. And when I answered an urgent call on my cell phone, he screamed at me!
