The Metz company was recently brought in to provide food service at the assisted living facility on Long Island, NY, that I have called home for the last two years. I'm a disabled senior receiving meals from Metz services. The meals such as so called chicken is only processed shaped like boneless breast with, yes with grilled lines on them, horrible tasteless. What going on. Sausage with peppers and onions once heated sausage has horrible unappetizing smell. No labeling what's in sausage remember sodium Nitrate is a cancer causing ingredient. Who knows what else is in these horrible meals given to seniors. BEWARE
