I came here with my boyfriend to pick up his new prescription, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The manager, Heidi, completely ignored us the entire time. She was on her phone, speaking negatively about employees who weren’t present, and slamming papers on the front desk. Her behavior was unprofessional and made the environment uncomfortable. We won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location to others.
Friendly Staff and Great Service
This was my first visit and I have to say that the staff was very friendly and the office was very clean and organized. Thank you Dr. Boyd for your kindness and attention to detail and Alyssa for helping me pick out the perfect frames. Highly recommend.
