Dealt with Ramez Wessa and just so much to say but long story short worst customer service I have ever seen, will not be doing business with them at any point and will make sure all affiliated offices don’t either. Ever. Never ever again.
I was really disappointed in the customer service at Mettler Rainin. I called for help with a mistake in my order. I was sent the wrong item. The person initially was very short and rude with me. When I tried to re-explain my problem, they kept cutting me off and told me it was not their problem. My company will not be ordering from here again and I hope they can improve their customer service experience in the future.
