I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ivy Rehab, both with the care I received and with how my concerns were handled afterward. I attended an initial evaluation and two follow-up appointments. I received minimal hands-on treatment and instruction in a few exercises, but never experienced what I would consider a coordinated course of physical therapy.
