This woman is an embarrassment to anybody who practices medicine. Over 20 years of experience and you would never be able to tell by the way that she treats her patients. She's going to downplay every problem that you have, she struggles to read files, struggles to add information to files, waits a week to input notes from your doctor's visit, when she barely even knew who you were when you walked in the door that day, but all of a sudden she's going to be able to remember your visit from a week ago. I waited an entire month to have forms she treated me for filled out and was given the run around the entire time. Never again.
Having recently changed physicians, I couldn't be more pleased to have found Dr. McLeod, her assistants and staff. Truly professional, caring and conscientious people who have shown my wife and I the utmost compassion, support and expertise as we deal with a terminal illness. Thank you so very much!!
I've been a patient for (2.5-3 years seeing the PA). Front office Staff was great as usual. I had an issue and my PA was on vacation. She saw me quickly and treated me like I was one of her own patients. She showed genuine concern, and got the ball rolling quickly so that the issue can be resolved. I have had a good experience with this group each time (except for the sickness or injury of course!).
She was great and friendly. Perfect staff. Only problem was it was supposed to be my yearly physical after two years. She did not check my ears, nose, or throat. I had some rectal bleeding over a month, and she said schedule another appointment if it continues. My insurance only covers one well visit at 100% a year (many does). I'd liked a thorough exam, so I'd not have to return for a year.
Caring and thorough physician. Takes time to explain things, not rushed. Kids love her. New office is excellent with professional staff.
