I didn’t even make a formal appointment it was just a consultation but I didn’t even get 10 minutes in before she started insisting I needed to go to the Er and need a higher level of care than a therapist because I have passive suicidal ideation I have never had a therapist say that once I tell them it’s passive and I don’t have a plan and she just doubled down and kept insisting I needed to go into a treatment center even though I tried to explain that I just need help managing my mental illnesses and working on communicat... read more
