10/10 recommend booking an appointment with Anthony at Metta. My partner has been a client of his for over a year, and has also since started booking me massages with him for the last six months or so as well. Not only is he an altogether awesome person to interact with in general, but he's an amazing masseuse. My husband and I prioritize Massage Therapy for our over all health and well-being. We are both very active and to date, Anthony is the best therapist we have worked with in Louisville. He is extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable on the human structure. We see him regularly for deep tissue, therapeutic work and are so grateful for his healing hands. Superb experience with Anthony! He’s open and communicative, and got right at my troublesome areas with the right amount of pressure and finesse. I also use a wheelchair and his place is accessible, and I felt very comfortable and supported with any assistance I needed. Fantastic practitioner and worth every penny!

I've been going to Anthony for over 5 years. He listens well and uses his knowledge of the body to get right to the problem areas. He has worked with me to deal with, and correct, my neck/shoulder issues. He is an old soul in a younger body. His help with dealing with anxiety is amazing.
