Ruby is truly the best LMT we’ve ever been to. I see her monthly (or every school term), and every session leaves me feeling lighter, looser, and honestly on cloud nine. I have been treated by Ruby for a little over five years and I wish I had found her even sooner! The massage work that she does is truly unmatched. Metta Health is absolutely phenomenal! The space is warm and inviting, and every inch of the space is designed with your well-being in mind. Just walking into the space gives me a profound sense of peace. I held a sound bath in her event space and the community Ruby brought together was amazing. She curated a beautiful event that I thoroughly enjoyed. A wonderful place to receive massage, acupuncture, and attend wellness events. I will definitely keep going back!
