My first acupuncture session with Erika went very well. The space at Metta is inviting, calming and professional. Before the session began she offered water or tea, and we had a short but to the point discussion so that we could get the most out of it. Erika is a good listener and a caring, experienced practitioner. Her approach is gentle and holistic. This was my first acupuncture treatment and it was powerful. Her space is cozy and tranquil and her follow up & communication are excellent.

Erika is great! I've had acupuncture treatments in the past that were uncomfortable but her methods are so gentle and relaxing. I always leave her clinic feeling wonderful!
